Behavioral Consultants

Are you an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges? Benefits

  • Work from home to do paperwork, program development, data analysis, and some meetings

  • Consult according to your availability and geographic location - take on one (or more) parent consultation case, cover a maternity leave for a school BCBA, do a home or school assessment, develop and provide staff training to a local school district. Work is offered on an as needed basis.

  • Collaborate with professionals from different backgrounds

  • Develop and refine consultation skills with clinical mentoring from behavior analysts with over 20 years experience in the field

  • Participate in a complimentary CE program

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to develop individualized behavior plans for clients at school and at home

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions

  • Train and supervise school staff and parents in the implementation of behavior intervention plans

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication across settings

  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, progress reports, and session notes.

  • Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA and contribute to the development of innovative treatment strategies

  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities

  • Meet weekly for clinical mentoring

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • In-depth knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines

  • Strong proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

  • Excellent data collection, analysis, reporting, and writing skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

  • Develop and provide training to support staff

  • Flexibility to work in various settings, including clients' homes, schools, and community locations

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details

Compensation

  • Hourly pay range is commensurate with experience and qualifications.


Behavior Support Specialists

  • Support students throughout the day in sub-separate classrooms and/or inclusion settings

  • Meet weekly with peers and behavior analysts

  • Collect and enter daily behavioral and academic data

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children

  • Interest in learning behavioral approaches in special education

Compensation

  • Hourly pay range is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
